It rang 2 and then thy hung op on me

2nd time they've called today. I didn't answer ..the last time they hung up after a few seconds and I called back to a recording. Obviously a scam. This is done in some African countries so they've brought their business model to France with them. I've now blocked the number.

Called me in NL on Sept. 06, 2018. Phone ramg twice and disconnected.
