Ome ring hang up. Am not calling back. Don't know anybody from Lativa :/ p off

Suspected premium number scam. they call, let the phone ring 1-2 times, hang up, then repeat this several times. You see missed calls, call back and get put on hold, or hear background noise or the person pretends to have problems understanding. But it's a premium number so you get charged $$$ per minute.

This number has been calling for two days now and not long enough to answer is just annoying.
