had two missed calls from this number and know no-one in Serbia so presume must be a scam

My Daughter who is 10 yo got this call. I restricted her to answer the unknown foreign numbers. It may be an very cheat costly income call for those who provides it.

This number called my 11 year old brother, he of course called back but for an entire minute until I hung the call since he got excited for "winning 3000 Dollars". I told him to never answer these types of calls and if I have to I will tell the company to not allow unauthorized calls from anywhere.

Yep. Just had this number call and hang up. My mobile told me it was Serbia. I didn't call it back. Glad I didn't and have now blocked it.

Second time this number has called me. Rang a few times as soon as I answer they cut off. Not ringing it back

Got a call from this number which is in Serbia. I know no one in Serbia, living there or visiting. Also this call comes after some warnings on social media and radio about a scam where an international number calls you for only a few rings and then hangs up, hoping that you call back to see who it is and they keep you on hold for as long as they can, creating a huge phone bill for you, and they somehow get a portion of the money you have to pay in your bill. I don't know definitely if this number is from a spammer, but it only rang twice before they hung up, so I'm not taking any chances.
