Who is this pest

It was listed on my phone as a call from Germany, not Newcastle NSW as it looks in this webpage form.
I didn't answer and they didn'y leave a message.

They rang from Spain another continent and left a voice message in Mandarin. I am not Chinese.

This call was from Montenegro and I don't know anyone there is I suspect it is spam!

Robotic auto caller voice claimed to be some sort of cyber security organization. They asked about 2 payments from my account a PayPal and an international charge and then asked me to press 1 for more details. I don't have PayPal and hadn't had those charges taken from my account. I did not press one and the call ended as I was writing down the number.

I received a call from this number he said he was from my bank fraud centre and there was a $940.00 charge to my debit card for a gift card. I ended the call.

The caller said they're from Telstra. I asked why Telstra is calling me, and his answer was because of my IP. Total rubbish. I don't have an account with Telstra, and they no longer control telecommunications in Australia. And why would a call centre – any call center for an Australian company – be clocated in Spain (+34)? Don't fall for it.
