I've been getting called from this number and I know no one from France, don't answer it, I've heard stories that if you answer you get billed through your phone bill an exorbitant amount.

They have called me several times today. They are not in my country. I was watching my phone when they called and as soon as I got a connection it stopped. I barely realized I just got a call when my phone buzzed briefly. It was like if they were checking if my number was real or not.
